At ContactMe, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality contact lenses. We offer a flexible returns policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please review the following terms and conditions for returning your order:
Prescription Requirements: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have entered the exact prescription, lens style, brand and colour specifications (for coloured contacts) as your optometrist prescribes. Please ensure that you review your order before submitting it. 'Change of mind' returns are not available for medical items.
Eligibility: We can only accept returns for unopened, unmarked and sealed boxes of contact lenses within 30 days of delivery. Opened or damaged boxes, including individual packets contained within the boxes, cannot be returned.
Cost of Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless a fault or error on our part has occurred.
Refund Process: Once we receive and check your returned item, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that the shipping component of your original order cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-15 business days for a refund to appear in your bank account. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us, and we will follow up on your refund immediately.
Faulty Contact Lenses: Faulty lenses are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, and all defective lenses will be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation. We may be able to provide a credit or replacement product for confirmed defects. Please keep all used defective lenses, their blister packs, remaining unopened lenses, and boxes for return.
Please note that you agree to abide by our returns policy by placing an order with us. We reserve the right to refuse any returns not meeting the above criteria.
