All contact lenses provided by ContactMe are supplied with a full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers any defects or faults that may have occurred during the manufacturing process.
If contact lenses have been supplied incorrectly, the lenses can be returned to ContactMe within 30 days for a correct replacement.
If the contact lenses have been ordered incorrectly, and the customer wishes to exchange them, the lenses can be returned to ContactMe within 30 days for exchange.
In the event that the customer changes their mind before shipment of the goods, a refund can be issued less the cost of shipping.
In the event that the customer changes their mind after shipment of the goods, a refund can be issued AFTER the return of the items less the cost of shipping.
Please note: Shipping is not included in the refund. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping on any returns and product exchanges.
All returns must be UNOPENED and in ORIGINAL CONDITION
All prescriptions provided to ContactMe must be valid, i.e. being used within 12 months of issue by a registered optometrist. If in the event an expired prescription is provided, a customer’s order will be held, and the customer contacted.
A customer may order powers not aligning to the provided prescription, at their own discretion. ContactMe does not accept responsibility for screening customer orders, ensuring correct powers have been selected during the ordering process. This responsibility befalls the customer. All powers selected during the ordering process will be keyed.
