Returns Policy?
All products are warranted against manufacturing defects. All our products come direct from the manufacturer and NOT from ambiguous sources.
We will allow you to return any product purchased from us within 30 days for exchange or complete refund. However, the lenses you return must be unopened in their original packaging and in good condition or a refund will not be given. Postage will NOT be refunded.
Contact Lenses considered defective should be returned as soon as possible in the original packaging, for inspection and replacement. A copy of the original invoice must be returned with the goods considered defective. All Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours with the exception of some toric and bifocal prescription lenses which we do not keep in stock as they are custom made. If there is an extended delay (more than 4 days) you will be advised by email.

What freight costs are involved?
Freight is charged on all contact lens orders – you may select your freight option when placing your order. Australia - Freight is $14.99 for express post. New Zealand - Freight is charged at $20.00. International (excluding New Zealand ) - Freight is charged at $30.00 or EMS International Courier is charged at $80.00 .

Can I claim from my health fund?
All prescription Contact Lenses can be claimed for on your health fund – provided you have optical cover. Contact Lenses for cosmetic reasons are NOT usually covered by health funds.
